Admission Guidelines
  • Registration for new admission starts on 1st January. Prospectus and application form for admission can be procured from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/- by cash.
  • Registration of name is no guarantee for admission.
  • Application forms duly filled in and signed must be submitted to the school office on or before the due date.
  • Admission Test: An admission test / interaction will be administered based on the content / syllabi of the class in which the applicant is studying at the time of enquiry, i.e., the class previous to the one in which admission is being sought.
    1. For Classes Nursery, I & II: There will be no admission test, but there will be an interaction between the principal and parents along with the child.
    2. For Classes III to V: Admission test will comprise a test of English and Mathematics of one hour duration.
  • Those who clear the test will be called for an interview with the principal. The candidate must be accompanied by both parents.
  • Admission will be granted strictly on merit basis.

Age Criteria for Admission

  • For Pre-Primary: The age of the child should be 4 years on or before 31st May of the year of admission. The upper age limit is 5 years.
  • For Class I: The child must be at least 6 years old on 31st May of the academic year and should not be more than 7 years.
  • For subsequent classes: The eligible age will be reckoned with reference to 31st May with proportionate increase over 5 years.

Documents to be Produced at the Time of Admission

Admission to LKG, UKG and Class I:

  1. Original copy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipality / Panchayat or Passport issued by Govt. of India.
  2. Two passport size photographs.
  3. Community Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  4. Aadhar Card Copy.

Admission to Class II to Class IX:

  1. Two passport or stamp size latest photographs with the name and class written in capital letters at the back.
  2. Mark sheet or progress report of the last school attended.
  3. Transfer Certificate, Certificate of Conduct and Character from the institution last attended.
  4. Passport size photographs of the parents.
  5. Aadhar Card Copy.

In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently. The offer of admission will be confirmed on receipt of the first installment of fees and submission of necessary documents. No admission is granted to Class X.

Important Information for Baselian UKG Students Seeking Admission to Class I

Students who have completed their UKG in this school must come with their parents on the prescribed date, submit a fresh application for admission, complete the admission formalities, pay the prescribed fees, and ensure their seat in Class I. If the parent does not come on the prescribed date, it will be assumed that the child does not need admission here, and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently.
